"I run a business, and sometimes I have unexpected needs that harbor freight can usually feel pretty easily, my only real concern of course just like everyone else buying cheap Chinese tools is the quality. For the most part, the quality is actually not so bad and I can actually get quite a bit use out of most of the things here. The staff is also very friendly and usually will ask me if I need any help as soon as I get down an Isle. Now that is what I call customer service."

"Good tools at great prices, they always have what you're looking for and also have an array of specialty tools!! All hand-tools come with a lifetime warranty (except for electronic tools) but an affordable priced insurance warranty is available.. So come see and shop around here at HFT!!!"
"Great place to shop one-use only tools. Power, pneumatic, battery tools have some long term use issues. Certain tools, equipment that are typically hard to find retail are priced affordably. Sometimes getting help in store can be arduous, but they usually try their best. Great selection of products, and good signage."
