"I placed an order for 1 piece of trim and was told it would be done 2 hours. I thought surelly not, so i gave it 2 days. I show up and guess what! It was never made. I was told they needed a picture of what i needed. It was a standard trim. On another occasion they called and said it was ready to be picked. So, I show up several days later and no order , they had lost it. Left me hanging around the parking for 3 hours while tried to figure out where the order was. They ended up having to re order it."
