Based on my orders I could always reorder my previous paint in any Sherwin Williams locations but these people didn't know how to access to my account and didn't want to believe this kind of service is exist in Sherwin Williams system. Kind of rude and unfriendly staff even the manger who didn't know these simple things. I'll never stop by at this location anymore."

"I had a bad experience two years ago. Yet, I forgot to update what happen after my review. The regional manager reached out to me and offered me an apology for their bad customer service. I was fully reimbursed. There was no issue when I returned to the store. They knew I was coming and they had my contact information ready to go."
