"I would strongly advise against going here. Beyond snooty and ridiculous. Need an appointment to even glance at tile. I needed a small amount of tile for my powder bath and they wouldn’t give me time of day. Also - heads up- walker zanger, daltile, the tile shop- every tile shop in Houston allows you to look at tile without an appointment. Give me a break! If 6 people are the capacity here, suggest you get a bigger shop so you can come off as less rude. Having a 7th person in the shop doesn’t increase the covid risk. Stop making excuses for the rudeness of this store."
