"Material Always on Hand or Quick order"
"Ordered a filter housing and bracket online. Charged card immediately, and then crickets. After a few weeks, I reached out to their customer service to find out that the housing was on back order. Emailed to cancel order after waiting two more weeks, and they ship the bracket that day. Maybe their storefront is OK, but ordering online was no good. They need to notify if orders are delayed due to backorder, and cancel orders, not ship partial orders for what's in stock without verifying with the customer first."
