"Called this place five minutes ago, customer service was horrible, immediately after picking up the salesman was rude. I introduced myself and his answer was in an abrupt and rude manner “who you with?!?” Never used them before and by the way they carry themselves and the way he speaks to his customers I will never use them nor would I recommend. stay away from this place. Yes it was based off a first impression, but a first impression goes a long ways."

"I called a multitude of Lumber yards looking for 6" round stock posts for a custom bed I am building. No one had anything over 3.5" and had no idea where to find anything like it. When I called this business the young lady I spoke with said that her boss may know. Dan took 20 min explaining the difference in the wood types even though he did not have what I was looking for. Then gave me different options for the size I was looking for in square stock and told me where I might be able to find it. He went so far as to look up the facility and give me the address. I would highly recommend this company to anyone."
