"I went in on a Saturday and there were two people working. I was looking for kitchen cabinets. When I walked in the female caught my eye and nodded like she would be with me next. I was the only one in the store besides the two parties being helped. I heard her finishing up and she got up and helped a woman who was just coming in the door. I had waited for about 10 minutes. That frustrated me so I left."

"Our cabinets were installed and we were very happy but we have 2 kitchen drawers that continue to come off track. The installer left screws off which they didn't want to admit. I called CTG for assistance in fixing it. They told me it was normal and told me to go to Home Depot and buy the screws to fix it. They also told me it was still under warranty so they could send me new drawers but I would have to install it. Problem NOT solved!"

"Ordered cabinets in April 2022, told we would get them in July 2022 they were on back order . That was fine we were in the middle of remodeling. Aug came no cabinets still back ordered. End of August we got grey cabinets. Told they changed manufacturer for Blue cabinets will be delayed. Blue was my entire 10 foot by 4 foot island. Blue cabinets came in and they wanted to charge us another delivery fee to deliver, called and said it’s not our fault you had to deliver more than once. They did knock off the fee. Only received partial order at the end of Nov. still missing two cabinets and panels. Waited until after December called the store and were told they are in, was given the address to the warehouse 20 miles away from the store where we bought them. Went to pick up cabinets and was told by the warehouse guy that these cabinets have been here for WEEKS! We could of had everything in before Thanksgiving! Called our sales lady, she basically said sorry it happens and she would let the warehouse guy not to say things! Never again from them!"
