"Although we were there during lunch change-over, I do at least expect recognition. My youngest and I were standing at the counter for about 3-4 minutes, six or seven employees were preparing for lunch, no one ever acknowledged us. So we left. All we needed was a small cone."

"I go to this location all the time. Maybe they had a new person taking orders. Didn't get my ranch dressing and 2 orders of fries. They are usually spot on. I'll revisit my review after a few more trips. Just bummed this time. Should have checked my order before I left."
