"When I walked in the lady who greeted me was rude and only asked me what I wanted done. Once I told her she didn’t say anything else, no time estimate, didn’t ask me to have a seat, didn’t ask me to pick a color, nothing… I ended up waiting an hour and 15 minutes. I wasn’t in a hurry but that’s just a bit long in my opinion. Candy started working on my nails and didn’t do a great job on my middle fingers, my nails were curving up and a guy had to come fix them. The tips didn’t stick to my actual nail leaving a gap in between the fake tip and my nail. I told her twice and she kept going then got upset when I told her the third time, left, then had the male nail tech with blonde hair fix it. He fixed it but he was rude and asked me if I wanted him to file my nails my way or his way in a very sarcastic and passive aggressive tone. Then the first lady that was rude (Nini I believe) when I walked in finished the nail art. The guy who did my toes did a poor job with the acrylic on my big toe, it went over my skin! They took so long I didn’t even have time for a pedicure because they were about to close. I arrived at 4:00 and left at 8:00… Not a great first experience. I saw so many good reviews and really wanted to love it here. UPDATE: 3 days later the gel started bubbling and one even came peeled. Such horrible quality!"
