"I’m not much for all the visual and audio, noise and sounds that these types of places have, but the food was actually appetizing and the service was great. The bowling for the kids (bumpers and bowling assist) was readily available. There were plenty of staff and most seemed helpful and willing to serve. We did not try the games this time around but hopefully we’ll try on our next visit."
"Honestly, if you're coming to Main Event, come expect to have a great time, excellent service, and enjoy the noise and excitement. As for the food, it's hit and miss. Some of the appetizers are appealing, but the main menu pizza and burgers were bland. Good food if you're in high school, but it's not food for grown-ups. We had a child birthday here, and the kids ate pizza, but the adults left their pizza. My wife and I shared a burger and fries, it was average at best. The bar is well stocked, and the service is good. Like I said, the staff was great, the atmosphere is fun but don't come to Main Event for the food."
"We had a group event here. The service at the table and bar was amazing! The kid working the lazer tag was not as catering or helpful. He was more concerned about his cell phone. My team had a wonderful time, and we are grateful to this organization for supporting our event."
"Atmosphere mark down do to the volume level of the gaming area. Understand they want to draw you in and play. For conversations, we had to be sitting 1-2 ft together. **Update - today we were there around 1230 and since school was back in session we could hear ourselves talk."
"The Arcade area: It was fun. My entire family had a blast. And tickets being on the card versus physical with children is smart. They even have this jungle gym type of contraption throughout their entire roofing part of the arcade. I don't know how safe it is but it looks fun We did not eat so no review of the bar or sport TV area. Maybe next time."
