"If they think the job is too small for them they will pass on your job. Which is fine, they're at liberty to take whatever job they want, and that's not why I am upset. What I didn't appreciate was not getting an answer at all once I asked if they could come in measure the space to make sure the carpet we were going to get from them is accurate after being told the job was something that could be done "yesterday". When I called again they then told me my messages were going unanswered because the job "isn't worth their time". Well, it was worth my time, so I guess thanks for wasting it! A simple response saying we can't move forward with this job is all I needed, and would have been way better than just ignoring a customer that you don't want to work with."

"I had an amazing experience with S&H flooring. They came out Friday and removed all of my carpet and prepped the floors. They were prompt Saturday morning when they showed up to install. My floors look fabulous and we couldn't be more happy. The crew that installed were very polite and cleaned all the debris from the installation, they left no mess at all. They explained everything to us and we got exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend them. If you are looking at getting flooring installed you will not be disappointed. We would definitely use them again if we needed more flooring."
