Handling phone calls from contractors, other stores and customers with questions was no short order task, somehow she did splendidly and more polite and friendly than a 'Wall-to-Wall' retail greeter could hope to be in this day and age. "Terrible service, I sat there for 10 minutes. There was five people working, one other custom in the store. They were all talking and stood around. Why are so many employees if nobody's works? I've been using Sherwin-Williams for 25 years and this is the worst store I've ever been to Marion"
