"Called for pricing and was asked if I had the credentials to buy what I was looking for. Said yes. He still proceeded to elaborate and ask if I had epa I told him yes. He then asked for model and serial number as I was about to read them to him he then asked me AGAIN for a third time if I knew what credentials I had and if I could use them to buy HVAC supplies...really? It felt as if he really just didn’t want to help me at all. I told him “you know what it’s okay” he said sounds great to me and hung up in my face. Got the parts I needed at Johnstone."
