"My husband and I came in for a pedicure. Vin asked if I wanted my toenails short and I said "yes," then when I said he cut too deep he said "you wanted it short." He made me feel like it was my fault for him cutting a chunk out of my toe, but it was his lack of skill. He never apologized, just walked off into the back when I told him I didn't want my nails painted. The next day, I am still unable to put on closed toe shoes."
