"I’ve been getting my eyelashes here for a few months. I love the technicians and quality, however I was booked for an appointment with a new lash technician that takes 3.5 hours instead of my usual 1.5 hours. I was not told ahead of time and had another appointment that I couldn’t miss afterwards. So had to leave with one eye lashed and come back the next day for my usual technician. I still had to pay both techs so ended up spending $60 EXTRA dollars for something that was not only my fault but also was so inconvenient. As I had to come twice."
