"Went in to get my daughters haircut but my phone number changed. They would not allow me to change my personal info even though my last name was incorrect( employee error) and my number had changed. I got so frustrated I just walked out. I had 2 employees overwhelm me to the point I booked my daughter for a haircut at hiz and herz. This place made a mountain out of mole hill and extremely bad customer service. I have never had a place decline to let you change your info with them."
"It was good for a quick cut for my son. The person who cut his hair wasn't very friendly, but in her defense, she was the only one there, and they were slightly busy. I gave them a 3 because well it wasn't the worst but it wasn't the best. Would I come back again? Maybe, if I was in a bind but probably not regularly. Weatherford College Cosmotology student gave him a better cut for cheaper so we will likely keep going there for now."
