"Always neat to take friends in to this store, as they have the things you used to find in Hardware stores "of the past". Big box stores carry mainstream items mostly which is good but this store is just a reminder of days past. Neat to look around too. They were the only place I could find a large metal funnel for my Halloween outfit of a "Tin Man"........ everyone els had plastic ones. But seen other things there that are hard to find as well. Worth the trip. Even have things outside to look at, dare I say yard art, haa."

"This place is great. It's the sort of hardware store where you can find some weird out-of-production drawer slide or unusual hinge that you'd never find at the big box stores (or if you did, it would be junk). They have a lumberyard too, and unlike most places will cut plywood for you: a huge time saver. The employees vary wildly in their actual knowledge of hardware (if someone can't help you, ask someone else) but they're all pleasant and seem to enjoy their work."

"Really good alternative to the big box hardware stores. They will have more things here that you will not find at home depot/Lowe's. Prices are fair. This place is a little tight due to their location, but the staff is really helpful."
