"We had Flooring and Remodeling Center remodel our entire 1st.floor. If a problem with subcontractors came up,the general contractor would immediately come and fix the problem. Even on a Sunday he came in a few hours to discuss issues. Unlike other General Contractors Sam, is an honest and caring person. He and his expert staff will work with you like family."

"Terrible. They don't show up and don't call on appointment days. You have to watch them like a hawk on float as they will say one thing one day and then say it was more the next. Their workmanship is terrible. They don't properly install transition molding. I had to have someone redo it properly. They cracked a piece of quarter round and attempted to hide it with wall paint instead of replacing the quarter round. It was obvious. Their clean up is terrible leaving dust and foot prints from dust all over the place. The installers didn't take off their shoes and left rubber boot prints on my walls that wouldn't come off. Check with the company or general contractor you hire to do your flooring, if they subcontract to these guys I'd highly recommend insisting they not use these guys."

"IT'S A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! EVERYTHING IS DELAYED AND WRONG!!! STAY AWAY, NEVER USE THEM!!!! First our roof was leaking, then we got them to come in just to fix the roof & and the front door tile. But we were trapped to pay them $1000 deposit first. We found out that we were kind of trapped in the middle later. Finally we got them to estimate to do our master bed room, living room & kitchen, total about 1800 sq ft. At first, they gave us a low price, and then after we went to his store to pick up the material, everything went up. And he said it would take about 3 weeks to finish the whole job, actually end up more than 6 weeks!!!! No kitchen for 6 weeks!!! When things started, everything was delayed and wrong: the material always came in late or either the color was wrong, some portion of the cabinet was missing, and the granite countertop measurement was not matching what we first agreed on…… MOST Ridiculous thing was, he tried to get us to pay for the wrongly cut granite countertop because of his own mistake again, trying to rip us off for the price he told us. This guy “Mour”, won’t answer your phones, no updates, just let you live in the dark and don’t know what happen next day!!! Till now we still haven’t got our key back yet! What a nightmare!!!!"
