"I’ve always had good experiences with this Home Depot until now. I purchased 12 plants this past week. When I went out back to check on them today there were bugs all over them and the existing plants that I’ve had for a few years. I’m talking about at least $2K in plants that have bugs now because of the plants that came from this store over the last week. I’ve never experienced this problem before and lived in my home for 12 yrs. I usually buy plants from the place right next door but Home Depot was less expensive so I thought I would give it a try. That was a huge mistake!!! DON’T BUY PLANTS FROM HOME DEPOT!!! BUG INFESTED!!!"

"I bought a will barrel from here about a week and a half ago, it already broke. They couldn’t find the keys for the wheelbarrels out front, so they grabbed one from the garden section that an employee was using. Not sure if that’s why broke or not because it was already used, but I’m not happy"

"I went there to return an item for the second time with my receipt in hand and I was completely embarrassed as I was told by the store manager as soon as I walked up the counter that he needs to check the camera because no one seen me come in with the pressure washer that I just wanted to exchange. So I would have to come in the door empty handed go to the garden dept assemble a pressure washer and then bring up to the counter with a receipt for I guess they're assuming that I stole it. And so my boss from Kilgore for which the item was purchased for with a po had to come in and iron things out. It was embarrassing and I don't pull the race card ever but this time there was no denying but I didn't say it or become belligerent. My boss on the other hand stated the obvious that that's not standard protocol for any returns. I'll never go there again. I would never want to go through that ever again. And the manager said that he did me a favor by allowing me to exchange it."

"Was appalled at the way I was treated when making simple requests about loading product. I guess when in this area they would prefer for me to go to Lowes up the road. After my bad experience, Ryan assured me that my bussiness was appreciated, so I added 3 stars. Yall should keep folks like him around, believe he is in garden center."
