"I've been to the humble location and that one never disappoints but this location is a no go. I placed a pick up order for 6 boxes, they called they stated we only have 4 since other 2 were damaged and I said fine I'll pick up the other 4 as long as they're good. He said yes. I arrived and he brought the 4 and all boxes were half opened, but he stated they're all good. He checked me out and I saw 1 box said bad so I opened box inside store and saw all planks were damaged. They refunded me the 1 box. (I guess the blame is on me for not checking the rest of the 3 boxes). I arrived and fully opened the rest of the boxes and noticed all 3 were broken. So now I'm 2.5 boxes short of finishing my project. Yay!!!! They don't carry in store, but I can order what I need but shipping is almost $300 for 2 boxes. Thank you floor and decor employee. It's better just advise customer sorry we don't have any."
"Great selection... definitely not the low- price leader but the quality varies allowing a basic no- frills to near-luxury choice. Good luck getting a human being on the phone. Now, if a comment follows it will be the " we strive to create a superior customer service experience"...that five calls it took me to get holiday hours says otherwise. Sure, it's not nearly as bad as the 529 Walmart, but nothing is."

"Came to pick up order due to other store not having what we needed. When arrived the warehouse boys brought out the product the boxes were all messed up no one offered to help fix them or help my husband load them. They were all on there cell phones. Then I had to ask for tape or shrink wrap to wrap up my own boxes so my tile wouldn’t fall out. When I asked to speak to someone they were not available. I will never use this store again. If you do t want to work or help your customers then go home"
"Remodeled my house and used all flooring from this store. Very organized good service especially Josh in the loading department he is the best! Always welling to help no matter how super busy he is he even cut off his break time to help customers! Had one issue with the shipping company that not been resolved yet. Third party shipping need to do better and keep delivery on time !"
