"Normally, I'm very positive about my reviews but today I am beyond upset with this establishment! Aside from Eviev trying to be polite, the owner was trying to rush me out the door since it was closing time. His sister also tried to tell me that my natural nails were good. They both kept mentioning if I could come back tomorrow after I had already told everyone that I could not. They still took off my nails instead of telling me BEFORE doing so that there be would be no time to do my new set! The worst customer service of any business I've been to! I will never be back to this nail salon EVER! I advise anyone never to go during closing time or you'll get rushed out on site or the owner will start sweeping up your feet so he could leave. Sad because I do like Hanna's work but I will never spend a dime in this place again!!!!"

"Called for appointment on Saturday, they were able to get me in. They did a great job on a new acrylic set and pedicure despite being very busy, glad they were able to get me in and do a great job"
