"I got to the place and i was told to return the next day. I returned the next day (with 45 mins left until closing) and again i was told to go back tomorrow. Refusing me service again. Im upset because i went all the way to the salon thinking id get attended. They couldve just told me over the phone when i called earlier. Horrible service. I couldve made my way to a more experienced salon that couldve attended me today. Id give it 0 stars if i could. The owner or whoever it was that was in charge was rude. Very unprofessional. They should just turn off the OPEN sign at 7 pm if theyre going to stop taking in clients. No sense in having 8 pm as closing hrs if you will refuse service 45 minutes before closing time. All i wanted a simple french tip no shellac that takes 35-45 minutes. Not cool at all."

"I went in for a soak off and an acrylic overlay. My soak off got done by a man but he knelt getting up mid removal to get polishes and aprons for another woman and never sat down and finished my removal. Then the girl that did my overlay failed to do the nail shape that I wanted (even after I told her 3 times the shape I wanted). I wanted a square shape nail with a nice C shape at front. My nails are super short and simple. I ended up paying $60 for something I did not like at all."
