"I went about 2 weeks ago it was my first time with them with an appointment. It took them 30 minutes to find my color nail and when they would find it they didn't have any product so I had to chose like 3 different colors from what I really wanted. My nails came out looking totally different then what I wanted. Very unsatisfying for the 2 and a half hours I was there just for my nails! Never going back!!"
"Scheduled an appointment at 4:30 45 minutes later still no one took care of me. Why do they schedule appointments then. Everyone is slow and they take their time. They act like customer service doesn’t matter. I’m not going back there to waste my time and money. Go somewhere else."
