"It was my first time coming to this hair salon and I was quite disappointed with the customer service. As soon as I get there I am assigned to a lady and she barely even greets me. There is no conversation whatsoever and the way she proceeds with combing and parting the hair is aggressive. I nearly lost a piercing by how aggressive she kept combing over it. The prices are as it is pretty high but they do the job. I would just not advise someone new to check this place. It is not worth it."

"Ok this salon is HELL to say the least. I payed $400 dollars to fry my hair. Complete fried to a crisp. I had to cut over 8 inches to my shoulders and I can still have damaged going up to my roots. This is not about money it’s about their lack of knowledge for hair care. Bleach is only supposed to be on the hair for 30 mins I was in foils for 3hrs. The lady said you have to come with time I was there for 5+ hrs it was ridiculous. I’m only went because this salon had good reviews. I’m so devastated I have to regrow my hair. Stay away and find a professional salon. ( after my haircut my hair is breaking it’s always tangled and stretchy)"
