"I literally walked out 2 minutes ago.... I went in to buy some lag bolts. The owner personally helped me out. When I walked in I was greeted, the owner asked what I was looking for, and he went straight to the product that I needed. They were friendly knowledgeable, and customer service was great. "This place is horrible. I rented an auger that I could only use for about 5 minutes and then it wouldn’t start. When I took it back the manager was very rude and said I flooded it I added gas to it. It wasn’t the machine it was me. All of that without even asking me what happened. Then I spoke to an older lady inside I believe the owner same thing she said I did not know how to use the machine that she rented me.another older man started talking the same thing. The people in that mom and pop shop stick together and will lie. Then I was told leave and never return by owner and manager. Also I might get my deposit back and it will be thru the mail. Do not go there u will get ganged your on by them."
