"Excellent experience as an individual buying from a large supplier. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Took a few minutes to get my parts after order. Process was painless. Wish I could walk around in the back and look at their selection but its not that type of place. I'm sure if I asked for something specific they would have accommodated. I will be back for more Baltic Birch in the future. I absolutely hate buying plywood from a big box retailer and only do it when I'm in a bind."

"I waited an hour for three pieces of quarter round. I admit its a busy store and you work on a first order first serve. But honestly ,how is this efficiency really affecting the customer service ?. I sat and had to watch three flat beds get loaded before I could get my three pieces of wood. Wood is excellent.and I am aleays willing to pay. But don't waste my time as well. Three stars for quality of product only . other missing two are service."
