"Unethical company. Stole money from customers. I used them to remodel my entire kitchen. However this company took thousands of dollars upfront PAID IN FULL knowing they could not deliver the product. Met and spoke to the owner Regina Phan and Alain Fails several times in office and promised to refund if we gave them time. REGINA PHAN lied about refunding us because she now has no longer returned our calls. ALAIN FAILS failed to reach out to his wife and partner as he mentioned he as well disappeared from the situation. Regina asked for time for the refund saying she was ill and going through a divorce. We allowed her time but it’s been 7 months now. Still NO cabinets and NO installation and NO refund and NO compromise. Probably changed her number. These people are bad business people. Regina obviously was using health as an excuse but was she really sick? What kind of people are these guys? Parents to crooked kids? I hope Regina and Alain recover from their sickness of lying. Regina also mentioned she served for the USA army. She gained our trust in the beginning. These people are terrible business knowing they took thousands of dollars from their clients. There’s current law suits as we speak. Do not support these crooks. They are really good at being just that."

"Designed and officially purchased cabinet on July 2. Was told it would be 3 weeks. Three week came and went with no cabinets and I was told it would be a couple more weeks. Sometime in last August I was told my cabinets were done and I needed to pay the remaining balance to have them delivered. Though hesitant I paid. The very next day when delivery was supposed to happen I was told that her warehouse had covid. In September I found out my cabinets were not really ready. Sometime in September or October they said they would deliver. The ended up attempting to deliver at 9pm and claimed they didn’t offload cabinets. No one was home to offload because we were not expecting to do that and it was after 9pm so we sent them away. They ended up delivering a incomplete kitchen sometime in October I believe with many of the cabinets being completely wrong. The owner will give a new date for the remaining pieces to be completed and the installer to come to the house and then when the date get close will begin to not answer her phone. When confronted she will say you were calling the wrong number and that she doesn’t carry that phone with her. Its December and I am still waiting on kitchen cabinets to be corrected, made, delivered and installed. At this point I have requested a refund with out any response for the owner . In November when I went to the store there were also about 4 other clients some of whom had pains for the cabinet and installed in full upfront waiting on kitchen cabinets they had been promised months ago. Would not recommend ever."

"Do not buy from here, they are ridiculously unprofessional and getting anyone to resolve an issue has been a nightmare. I think i have been EXTREMELY patient and yet no solution to my issue. I paid them in advance and the rest once the cabinets were ready for delivery. They have given me the run around since May on getting the customized doors. They were to install my cabinet doors with glass. I asked if this is something they can do and they said “yes, not a problem” was charge $360 for 6 pieces of glass for 11 cabinet doors. (not including the cost for installation of glass to the doors) We purchased our entire kitchen pantry, cabinets, trim and drawers (customized entirely) from here and it’s my biggest regret. When they finally delivered the doors, the glass was not installed to the doors. It’s been excuse after excuse after excuse on getting me a refund. We had to go to another company to get the cabinets done and it’s nearly 800$. Save yourself the stress and headache and go elsewhere. BUYERS BEWARE!"

"Regina was wonderful and very patient. I wanted to put together a vessel sink, with a vanity and matching counter top for my half bath, but didn't know where to start. Regina advised me though out the whole process and the half bath turned out exactly as I had pictured it. The installer and plumber she sent where quick and very professional. Thank you!"
