"Huge waste of time. The prices are so outrageous!! The guy with the handlebar mustache was sooo not a person I would put up front to greet customers because we asked him for help and decided that we would never trouble him again. Sorry we asked you a question! We won't do it again, and that is a promise!! Look at the quality of the dovetail joint on this cabinet! It's very poorly made. We drove to Habitat For Humanity right after. We found the most perfect windows for our needs and only spent $100! They got a FIVE star review! Sooo glad Builders Supply was awful because we never would've found the awesome windows at Habitat For Humanity!!!"

"Worst customer service!! Manager Karl had me sign up for their financing credit card in order to take advantage of their 0% financing promo, telling me it would only be a soft pull on my credit report (turns out it's actually a hard inquiry). I wouldn't have minded as much had I not communicated that I'm in the middle of buying a home and can only proceed with the application if it's in fact a soft pull of the credit. He confirms once again, only a soft pull. After an hour and a half of processing the application, I finally get approved for this offer but not before noticing the hard inquiries rolling in, one after the other, through my various credit monitoring alerts. To add insult to injury, as soon as I was ready to pay for my $2000 set of cabinets using the new credit card number just issued to me, manager Karl informs me that his system ironically will not let him process the promo for anything under $2500. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! He says unfortunately he did not know this ahead of time and that there is nothing he can do about it. He recommends for me to spend an additional $500 to try and resolve this issue on my own. I will not sir!! I will not be spending a dime here. These folks are unscrupulous and are only out to make a sale, no regard for customer's time, livelihood or otherwise."
