"I walked into Sherwin Williams to get 5 Gallon paint. There were 3 men in the back, 2 pretty busy and 1 just standing there waiting for someone else. NO ONE said Hello, we will be right with you. Give us a second ETC. They just stared at all 3 people waiting and said ABSOLUTELY nothing. I’ve been running errands all day and have not had this service from any other company I have stopped at. Their customer service level needs to pick up. It’s annoying and unprofessional."
"Bought 20g in 24 hrs. Tried to call it in and refused to make it even after I had already bought 15g. When I arrived it took over 30 minutes to get any service and then they tell me they don't even have any gallons left only 5g (I only needed 3) and the store was closing in 10 minutes so I wasn't able to go anywhere else before they closed. Guys name was Enrique working there. He was literally watching a soccer game on his phone while I was waiting for help. Extremely rude told me he "didn't know me" which is why he wouldn't make the paint. They also increased my prices on certain materials without telling me. Sherwin used to be great. They are the worst now. I do over $1M in business and will be buying paint elsewhere from now on. Get it together"
