"I worked with Sam to replace all my floors with new tile in my 1600 sq ft home this month (January 2024). I decided to go ahead and have the master bathroom renovated too. Not only did the floors go in beautifully but the crews were super good about covering everything and removing furniture to keep the dust as minimal as possible. Sam put up with my constant messaging the whole way through and made sure I was being heard. Everything came out great. "Outstanding service from “Grand Floors and More” Sam. B. Sam was very knowledgeable, helpful & patient explaining the different flooring options to replace our existing wood, carpet and tiled downstairs. We decided on Luxury Vinyl Plank throughout due to its low maintenance and are absolutely delighted with it. We also changed out the tiles in our fireplace and kitchen backsplash, again with welcome suggestions from Sam and love how they turned out. At all times before, during and after Sam was very responsive to questions and on top of the project. The crew that worked on it were top notch, very professional, pleasant and worked so incredibly hard. They moved all furniture, cleaned up as they went, we did not have to do anything! All this, demo of existing floors, floating them (they were very uneven) and laying the LVP took a total of 4 days-AMAZING for the approx. 2500sq ft of our downstairs. I would highly recommend Sam at “Grand Floors and more” and their crew. I liked their selection more than the larger warehouse stores; price was reasonable, and the personal service can’t be beat!"

"Do we have a kitchen we love? Yes. Did we have a fabulous, great, awesome experience while getting this new kitchen? Well no, but we probably wouldn’t enjoy this process regardless of who helped us get it. Grand Floors did the best they could in working with us to get the kitchen of our dreams. At times I wish their workers did a few things different but some things were out of our control. Overall we are happy we got a new kitchen within our budget in 8 weeks that we will enjoy for years to come."
