"I bought 18 packages of tortillas for my small business. I did because my usual provider couldn’t get them for me and decided to give the guys from Aries a chance since they have a good reputation. I bought 18 tortilla packages on a Friday. On the Saturday night of the same week, I noticed a lot of the packages had tortillas with mold. The tortillas were refrigerated most of the time, so there’s no reason why this should happen. Because I’m a very busy person, I didn’t get a chance to go to this place until Wednesday of the following week. I showed them to the lady behind the counter. She told me they couldn’t do anything about it. I told her I was not asking for a refund, that she could give me back those packages with fresh tortillas. She told me that I was supposed to call them and notify them when I saw the tortillas with mold. I told her this happened on a Saturday night. She said she couldn’t do anything. From the 18 packages purchased, 6 of them had mold. That’s a third of the order. This is the first and last time I buy from them. I have no intentions in coming back. They have a bad product and bad customer service."

"Saturday morning picked up 2 lbs of tongue and cheek. 2 large menudo. 4 Veracruz Tamales chicken and pork. All excellent. Service was excellent. Menudo would have been perfect for me with another head of garlic and a bit spicier. Thank you for the excellent food."

"I found the Joya drinks in 2 liter, Cola, Peach, Apple & Fruit Punch. They also sell good food. Havent tasted it yet but it smelled good. Oh yes I'm definitely coming back to try their food. And on one note if u come by be prepared to being asked if u want tortillas. They a lil pushy on that."
