Kalee and Morgan were efficient, patient and thorough on the phone while setting up our appointments. Kike and his partner who's name I didn't catch were also very personable, precise and speedy. They arrived 10 minutes early outside our house setting up so they could start right on time. It only took an hour to replace a large cracked double pane. It's been awhile since I got that favorite mom and pop feeling from a busy company. That's how you run a business! Thank you very much Sheri & Luis."

"We finally pulled the trigger on replacing the 9 remaining windows in our home. Having used Ray Glass for work at one of our other properties we contacted them for an estimate. We called them and Eber was at our home in 2 days; took measurements and we had a written professional bid in hand 4 days later. We immediately called them back, spoke to Paula who was lovely to deal with and contracted them to do the work. Based on our schedule and working with our contractors, 2 weeks later they were installing the frames and the glass was installed 2 days after that. PROS: Excellent work Professional One of the nicest group of installers ever! Courteous Our home was left spotless inside and out. Said what they did and did what they said! CONS: NONE We highly recommend this company - they were great - each and every one!"
