"If I could put 0 stars I would. Do not come here. Bought 5 bags of Landscape Mix and the ladies working there were so rude and busy chatting with each other. My mom is 61 years old and the lady in the office expected my 61 year old mother and myself (female and as tiny as my 5'1" 110 lb mother), to load the bags in our trunk which is an SUV BY OURSELVES! She said that she didn't know it was just us because it is SELF-SERVE. Maybe let your customer know that first before they purchase! I asked if we can come back and bring someone to help us...nope, the lady in the office said once we leave, we can't get our bags. What kind of service is this?! I asked if we can get a refund and she said NO. Oh and my mom asked about buying 2 large stones and they also said we have to move it ourselves on a pallet for it to be weighed. Like how are we suppose to lift them? Go somewhere else because this place is a joke! Btw, we normally go to Enchanted Gardens in Richmond for plants, flowers, mulch, and soil. They also have fertilizer and compost. We went to Living Earth because it is closer to where we live. After this experience, we will continue to go to Enchanted Gardens. It may be a drive, but they have the BEST customer service and people who actually LOVE their job."

"Very reasonable price and excellent service. You can buy either by truck load or by small bags of mulches, landscaping mix, top soil, compost. The service man is always there to load the bags in the car trunk."

He always has a smile and is ready to help load up my car with bags of dirt or any thing I might purchase. And they are open everyday. Good people to do business with."
