"Got charged 200$ for a mani and a pedi for two people and they didn’t even ask what pedi pack we wanted and they gave my friend more care on her pedi than me and we ended up getting charged the same and not even that but we had asked for a specific design and they did it so wrong. My friend got short nails and I got long and we got charged the same. Not even that the quality of the nails sucked, they started falling off 2 days after I had gotten them done."

"The lady at least tried making small talk, so that was okay. Her work was not okay. I wanted a light pink color and she kept showing me bright and dark pinks. She didn't even give me the samples to pick from, I was just supposed to describe and she'd guess what I wanted. After showing me some pinks that looked red to me she said it was all they have. I told her to just do white. My nails were left bumpy and with bubbles. They looked okay from far away but up close it was embarrassing because the bubbles looked dark and it made it seem like I had dirt on them."

"Honestly was very disappointed in my visit. Was so excited to get my birthday nails done and came out so disappointed. Not worth the price and probably the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. Could not do a smooth simple ombré and initially denied my first design (which was blue and pink ombré) because it was “too many colors” Products burned my hands and nails and looked very old (cuticle oil was crusty) My nails weren’t even the same shape :/Ombré was not smooth and very patchy will never go back again…"

"The edges of my fingernails were filed too close and scraped too hard. I had made them aware and the lady just glanced at them like no big deal! My fingers were sore and painful for about a week. Horrible job!!!! They just don’t look right at all! $35 down the drain!"

"DO NOT GO HERE !!!! I recently went to get my nails done here and ALL I wanted was square nails with shellac. The employee told me that there was " no rush" and he would let me pick a color after he had put on my nails which I thought was weird because I always pick my nail color first anyways he then proceeded to do my nails. When he was doing my nails he was FALLING ASLEEP, closing his eyes while he buffed them, and I thought he was concentrating on getting my nails right but I was completely wrong. The fact that he was falling asleep while working is absolutely crazy !!!! He continued to buff my nails and shape them about 3 times and at this point, I didn't say anything because each time I go to a nail salon their process of applying acrylics is different. After he did this I alerted my mom to sit next to me so she would see what he was doing. He painted my nails so fast and effortless that I could have done better. After putting them to dry with the UV light machine that all nail salons use. HE PUT some weird solutions and oils on my nails. I felt this weird burning sensation ONLY for me to notice I had cuts on my thumb and pinkie. At this point, I was ready to pay and leave BUT the man used the electric filing system after my nails had SHELLAC. Which personally I have never seen this done at any nail facilities I've been too. My thumb starting to bleed profusely after he did this. I WOULD NOT COME HERE IF I WAS YOU because it is a waste of your money, so I advise you find another salon which the people are actually AWAKE during their job. After this horrendous visit, I went to a nail salon that removed all my set because it looked horrible."
