"DO NOT GET A HAIRCUT HERE FROM ALICIA!! SHE WILL BUTCHER YOUR HAIR! I swear I haven't YET to recover from how bad my hair has been thinned out and cut so short! I told her many times to stop but she kept insisting to keep going! What stylist ignores their clients when they tell them to stop?? Horrible experience I DONT RECOMMEND!!"

"I was so upset, my husband and I went for our haircut she told us it was $8. My husband specifically told her what he wanted, not only did she cut it too short but she thinned it out. Why would he want his hair thinned out!?!? Then with me they chopped my hair, I want 2 inches trimmed off. She gave me uneven layers and my hair looks choppy now, I can't even have it down. I literally cried when I left. Then to top it off she charge me $23 not $16. I was too tired to argue and just want to go home. So upset."
