"Went for highlights... She left the bleach in some areas too long and fried all my hair. Don't trust her with your hair. She tried blaming it on me first I was moving too much and now it's because I had products in my hair. If she was truly a professional and my hair was unworkable then why did she even touch it. There is nothing that can be done to fix this mess and it has taken years to get to this length. All can do is cut off and cry. Do not go to her if you value your hair."
