"I Scheduled my first and only service, by phone, one week prior to my appointment, For 3 consecutive days, prior to my scheduled appointment, I Received text reminders of my 11 am appointment. On set day, I Arrived a few minutes early and was asked to take a seat wait. After waiting for about 15 minutes I was told by someone sitting-who worked there- that my facial specialist wasn’t starting her shift until 1 pm and that I could wait or reschedule. I left without getting my service or rescheduling. Reasons for problem, according to employee present, were the facial specialist being new and not knowing how to use the appointment/scheduling system. The boss was apparently contacted about problem, but a solution not offered. Weird and inconvenient experience. Unprofessional."

"I went Sunday to get my hair cut. I showed the hairdresser a video and explained how I wanted it. I showed it to her about 6 times. She said she could do it. She cut my hair way shorter than what I wanted. Had no clue what face framing was, no clue how to cut layers. So disappointing. I had to stop her cutting my hair halfway through it. I’m so disappointed. If you want to get a trendy haircut this isn’t the place. They offered a different hair dresser to fix it, but my hair is just to short I refuse to go any shorter."
