"I spent 2 days going around williwbrok, copperfied, and katy store trying to place an order. Got the run around for those 2 day telling me some stores dont carry the same items.. Then finally thay said Katy store had all I needed. I drove to Katy store and tried to place my full order.This is the worst home depot ever! Customer service is horrible.. I placed an order yesterday and while placing my order the girl at the pro desk ( stephanie ) said that they did not carry one of the items eventhough I got the sku # online form their website. Next day I personally went and saw the item with my own eyes there. I had set up my order for delivery and since it is a large order I wanted to add it to my order so I wouldnt have to run around getting stuff myself that is why I paid delivery fee. I then went to customer service for help since pro desk is closed today and they are the worst people to deal with. He basically tried to tell me if stephanie has said they did not carry them than that was it, I politely asked him to double check and what do you know they did carry them and they had 34 in stock according to the website . Next he said website was wrong and they had 0 in stock. I could not believe it I had just seen the items yesterday!!!!! And it says 34 in stock online!!! I gave up trying to deal with these people and left. My husban is a contractor and he will never shop at home depot again nor will his friends which are also contractors!!"
