"I had heard/read good things from neighbors about Floors Mecca so we decided to use them on a small job to replace some carpet on our first floor. I was glad to see they lived up to what others have said. They were timely, cleaned up, communicated well, and did a good job with the install. Additionally, Mark did a great job helping to choose the carpet we ended up installing - it coordinated nicely with the existing spaces. Now that I know they do good work, I'll be giving them a call back when we're ready for the next project. Keep up the good work and thank you."

"We had an issue with our tile starting to buckle during the hard freeze days, which loosened some and had a handful just pop loudly and crack. My wife and I wanted to check out several places, plus get quotes from contractors that were recommended from other previous contractors that did other work for us. Our first visit to Floors Mecca, we met Mark and Natalie. Mark’s approach and helpfulness was second to none. He wanted to really find out all that he could to give us his recommendations and additional ideas. Very informative and made everything clear on their process. We still had other places we wanted to check, but we had them so far at that time as our top pick. We finally paid them a visit after the holiday rush, and we met Sabim (owner), who is a very polite, welcoming gentleman. Mark wasn’t available but Sabim provided just as great of service and attention as Mark. The original tiles we liked were out of stock but he took a look at our bathroom photos, and brought out some very nice options, and one of them was an eye catcher instantly for both my wife and I. He provided us with a quote, VERY reasonable and they worked with us on the scheduling of the work. Their employees (Gerry and Zachariah) arrived on time, extremely polite, respectful and just worked away. Very detailed and meticulous craftsmanship, they did an amazing job. Mark came by each day to check on the progress, and to address any questions we might’ve had while he was there…just a great person to interact with. The tile came out far better than we had thought. The entire process was so effortless with them, and we’re so glad because we know who we’ll go to for any other repair and remodeling needs in the future. You can tell they want to do exceptional quality work for their clients and provide all of the help they can for us. "Great service, quality work, and very reasonable pricing! We just had Mark and his team replace the carpet in our bedroom with hardwood. They finished the job in one day (while other contactors had told me a 3 day job), but did not compromise on the quality of work and craftsmanship. I would absolutely work with Floors Mecca again! We're already planning our next project with Mark."

"We recently had major remodeling done. We replaced the flooring throughout most of the entire home with wood floorboards. We also did the kitchen up and had custom cabinets made for us in the main living area and the games room. Mark was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and addressed our concerns promptly. He scheduled tradesmen in one after the other and the entire job was done very quickly because of this. He was also on site everyday to check on progress and to address any concerns we had. The trades were all very skilled and took care of our home and belongings really well. They were all so friendly, polite and had no issues answering questions we had. The end results exceeded our expectation and we're so happy we chose Floors Mecca & Remodeling. Would we consider using them again for future projects? YES, without hesitation! We highly recommend them for quality work and for keeping things within schedule. "I can’t recommend Floors Mecca enough! We just bought a 40-year old house from the original owners. Needless to say, it needs a complete renovation from top to bottom. Basim and his crew brought our vision for the downstairs to life. The living spaces were previously dark and gloomy, now they’re light and bright. Our first project was not a small one. The team replaced the old Spanish tile with new LVP floors, which involved extensive leveling after we had foundation work done. They repaired the walls, painted the trim, walls, ceiling, etc. One of the most significant transformations was closing in an old wet bar that opened to the living room, which will be repurposed for a new half bath. We were under a time crunch with getting everything done before our move-in date, and they went above and beyond to make sure this happened. We were also grateful that the crew cleaned up after each work day. Details like this matter, and this sets Floors Mecca apart. We have several renovation projects planned and look forward to working with Floors Mecca for years to come!"
