"The manager was a jerk. All we wanted to do was to purchase 10 gallons of direct to metal paint. His store would have made a $600 sale. Instead of accepting our money he kept interrogating us. He needed to know where we from, why we needed to purchase paint and told us we shouldn't have a Pro account. We discovered the Pro + app which allowed us to buy the paint and have it delivered. We're small business owners, if he was my manager and turned away business like he did I would have fired him on the spot."
