"Im a professional landscaper, I had called 9am to make sure they had the plants I was looking for lemon lime nandina and the golden sedge carex, when I called i was told(by some one who answers the phone with no name) that they would pull them for me because I was going to pick them up later or have someone else pick them up. Once I showed up, same day at 3pm to come get the plants I order in the morning(could have called me they had my number to let me know that my plants where pulled or sold) Went in and I was told no one pulled them, so they sent me on wild goose chase to find a salvia they were trying to sell as a nandina($18.00 for $30.00). I told the man(Everitt Jackson) helping me that, that plant was not a nandina, he then went on to tell me I was wrong and they have different varieties.(I know this, I was looking for a specific nandina not a smelly perennial salvia). It took 45 minutes for me to go into office to ask for a refund(had 6 people looking for my plants that no one knows what they are looking for), as walking in I see the nandina on a shelf that had not been unloaded(the excuse was they were busy, its spring of course they are busy, while he had three workers standing around not working. (When they could have easily gone and unloaded the shelf in 10 minutes if they would really work.) Also my carex was on a shelf but listed as sold even though I called in the morning and was told they had them. So no organization to let them know what has been sold and what has not, no communication on pulling plants or checking availability. No knowledge on plants they are selling or what needs those plants are wanting or needing. I am very unsatisfied with the way I was treated, (Everitt Jackson) kept telling me I was wrong, but the truth is he was and couldn't admit it. Site one should really get some better employees that know more about plants or maybe look them up on google instead of calling everyone in to the office to watch as he scolds the customer for knowing the plants, when he does not. They also closed before the time listed(4:00pm) and also over heard someone say dont answer the phone anymore at 3:45. This place is a joke!"
