"Who runs these stores it takes them 4 mins to answer and then they put you on hold for another 4 mins for a simple question that can be answered in 5 seconds. I hate to say it but the CEO needs to be calling into this store SERVICE DEPT checking on these individuals that are just there for a Paycheck making sure they are doing there jobs. I’ll take my service to the next northern tools location !"

"Nice store with very well organized the stock on the shelf since I walked in but they did not email me that my order was ready to pick up after I ordered online. I waited for 2 days and went ahead go pick up without any confirmed. Once I walked in, I saw my order is on the shelf at the whole time and told the staff about it. She even didn’t apologize for this issues. I think that’s my last and best to stick with Harbor Freight or Home Depot."
