"This was my first time visiting this location. I will be back! The customer service was impeccable. Dominic greeted me as soon as I walked in and offered his assistance. He was extremely helpful and had quite a bit of patience with the 9 samples I had him mix up for me, lol. I also want to say they had plenty of employees working so the other 3 customers in the store were being helped as well. All of the employees were helpful (asking to make sure I was being taken care of), friendly, and smiling! Different experience then when I’d go to the SW store and most of the time have to wait before being helped because they only had 1 or 2 employees working that seem as though they could care less about their job (not all but most). I fell in love with BM paint after using Pale Oak all over our main living area in our old house, so here I am at BM getting ready to paint a bunch of rooms in the new house. Go visit them you won’t be disappointed in the customer service or the paint!!!"
