"I had FGC, in particular Devin and his team, install our cabinets, tile, and carpet in the busted up house I bought that I put my own sweat equity into demo-ing and generally getting ready for them to do the work. "FGC has the most competitive prices out there. My wife and I looked at several tile shops but none could compare to FGC. Rosendo and staff were very helpful and had several options for us to choose from. After a while, the tiles start looking the same but Rosendo was kind enough to let us take a few sample tiles home so we can see what it would look like in our home. Such a small gesture but it went a long way because it allowed us to visualize what it would look like -none of the other tile shops offered that to us. When we finally made our tile and granite selection, scheduling for measurements was done in a timely manner. When Devin came to install our granite counters in our kitchen, it was done so efficiently. He definitely is a pro at this. He told us the do's and don'ts for taking care of granite and we loved his work! When the crew came to remove our existing tile, they picked up the pieces and cleaned up after themselves. They installed tile throughout our home, two restrooms & showers to include wainscoting in each restroom and we get so many compliments on how great of a job they did. We were so impressed with FGC that we recommended them to our brother in law & father who also got work done by Rosendo."

"I wanted this to be a 5 star rating so badly because I loved our initial experience. The store has the best prices anywhere (at least for counters and flooring). We got quartz counters installed for $30/sq ft. Id be amazed if you could find that anywhere else. Rosindo is awesome and he's kind of the go-to guy around there. He was always friendly, helpful, and despite being ridiculously busy he would drop what he was doing to help us. He was honest about products and sold us what we needed, not what was most expensive. That alone should say a lot. Then there's the other side. Once you get measurements, buy the material, and are waiting for the install you could wait a while. We waited three weeks and then called and were told "oh, it's on back order and it will be three weeks if you want the back ordered stuff." We did but they could have told us that right away and we would have been three weeks ahead of where we were at. In general the communication was horrible. We had to call several times before getting a call back on a few occasions. Finally we scheduled the install the installation crew was really wonderful. We bought them lunch and made sure to tip them for their time. Our kitchen looks like a million bucks and the seams are so custom and you can't even see them. The crew took a lot of time to make sure everything was perfect and it shows. Overall if you want good communication you'll have to be the instigator and call a lot. With the money we saved I would have done the same thing over again without a doubt."
