"Well this was my first experience trying anything cold. I’ve read, watched videos, spoke to people about their experience. But sometimes you just need to do it yourself and make your own decision. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. It was very cold, specially in the places you have inflammation in. Over all, not that bad and I lasted the 3 min, but wouldn’t made it much longer so glad 3 is max. I do feel better over all but I do plan on trying it a few more times to really make an honest opinion."
