"I would give zero stars if I had the option. I have tried for 2 years to book a massage. I was told they only book 30 days out! It’s been literally impossible to use my gift certificate! Yet, they still sell gift certificates for massages! This is false advertising and stealing! They are not transparent when they sell gift certificates for massages that you will NEVER be able to use! !"

"This is the worst experience with any business I have ever dealt with. My husband and I got a gift card that was worth more than a 90 min massage for my mother in law. At the time of purchase we asked all of the necessary questions like what services would be available to her when she booked, and they told us at least 3 separate times that she would be able to get a massage which is why we got it for her in the first place. They were very much aware that she lives out of town and that the massage was the only thing she would be interested in. Now come to find out that when she goes to book the appointment that she isn’t allowed to get the massage but is able to get a different service, no refund was offered or anything. My husband and I had a very clear conversation with two ladies at the time of purchase in person at the spa. It would be best if they would either honor what was told to us or offer a refund. I would definitely never recommend this place to any one."

"My husband gave me a gift card for Christmas and when I tried to use it for a massage today, they tell me they don't do massages any more except for regular clients. I had to use the gift card for a different service instead because Kati Howard refused to refund it. It was purchased BEFORE they quit doing massages and still refused to refund it when it couldn't be used for what I actually wanted. It can only be used for other services at this point. Very disappointing. Will be taking my business elsewhere. A spa which can't offer massages..... ????? Unheard-of."

"Bought my husband a $100 gift card for his birthday. Have been trying to make an appointment for 6 weeks now and they say they are booked and only schedule appointments a month out, so keep just keep trying to get in. They also will not refund money. They did offer him a facial in exchange. The gift card was purchased online and they do NOT disclose their policy online at the time gift cards are purchased and printed out. Might be fine for someone who has money to throw away and wait months for services they pay for!!"
