"Used to be a regular customer back when Mr. Bandy was at the helm. This place has gone way down hill over the years. Trying to get someone to help you is almost impossible, unless you’re a regular. The gentleman with the Bob Ross memorabilia is the best one there by far these days. It’s a real shame, this place was the supply house to go to a few years back. Everything was always in stock, you were greeted immediately when walking in, and counter staff were eager to help. Nowadays, good luck. Shelves are empty, counter staff is rude as all getup. Just an all around mess. Save yourself the headache and go to Winston Water Cooler instead."
