"My first experience with this location was when I bought a generator. I had someone set it aside for me over the phone, then when I went in in person a girl lacklusterly look for it for about 30 seconds and told me they didn't have it, luckily a manager was there and looks more thoroughly and found it directly behind her. Today I called about rivets, The person I talk to on the phone had no idea what a rivet was. I'm not sure how you can work in a hardware store and not know what a rivet is. After explaining what rivets are used for and what they look like she put me on hold for 30 minutes before I was hung up on. The customer service at home Depot is trash."

"This is the best Home Depot there is. The contractor desk knows customers by name and are always happy to help everyone. The service desk is the same. They always have everything in stock and if they don't they will get it for you. Every one is very friendly and it's the cleanest store I've been in."
