"Today was my first time looking for wood for projects (besides home depot), and I was amazed at the options available here. I have always loved the look of purple heart and wenge, so I grabbed a couple small pieces to find something to do with. This place has a lot of stuff, and seems to cater to almost any type of niche craft you can do with wood. From knife handle scales to live-edge, table-sized pieces, you can probably find what you need here. I just got home, but am already beginning to regret not grabbing a few unique pieces from their consignment selection. I will definitely be back soon, and encourage you to drop by as well."

"I just had the best experience ever. King was soo very helpful and wasn't over my shoulder but close enough to answer my questions. Seriously so very excited to return the store is amazing and King was icing on the cake. Good conversation and knowledgeable woodworking advice. What more can you cask for!!!!!"

"Pros: The store is well stocked, have a lot of varied woods and tools, and a classroom for hands on woodwork. Con: Bad Customer service; a 100% deal breaker for me. I walked in and /I/ greeted the gentlemen standing at the desks, they look busy and glance at me with a 'Hey' nod, so I figured I'd look around until the employee was free. They talked the whole time, even though I made it obvious I needed help and was waiting. Decided to just leave after walking around for 15 minutes and not finding what I was looking for. Soon as we walk out, they are finished talking, and I see it was another employee. They both worked there and were talking to eachother instead of helping me. So I'll be looking for what I need somewhere else at a better price and teach myself with free resources online. I'll never go back there."

"Fairy competitive prices, they have a lot of stuff that you won't find at Lowe's or Home Depot but not your everyday things, in my opinion. So if there is something that they don't have at Lowe's or Home Depot that you thought for sure they would then go to Woodcraft."

"Woodcraft is awesome, the staff is full of people that have an interest in woodworking and hold there own set of skills and experience. It's not like going to a box store where someone just needed a job, this staff can guide you in the right direction. The store is always clean and so are the restrooms. I used to ho in there and look at stuff then see the prices and think, this place is expensive until I did that and went on line to get a better price, for the most part I have found they have the same price with no shipping and you're holding in your hand when you walk out. They have something for every type of wood working there is. When you go there expect to explore every aisle. I've been the a bunch and still do. They also do classes on some things and have a schedule that you can get in store or on line. Check it out, you wont be disappointed."
