"One of the worse experiences in my life at this store today Sep 30, 2023 No idea of Customer service and how to work with a disappointing customer. Ordered in the store an online item a 432.00 price product. Box came damage and they want to return 332.00 and they expecting me to said yes? Now I need to contact the Lego store online to start the return process. On top of that my order is not reflecting on my account. So how was order in the store is something that I need to find out. No points, no record of the transaction Are you really a official lego store or not? Total disappointment"
